Changing their way of working, modernizing their technology stack and architecture and the right positioning of people are key to achieving this ambition. They have organized their product teams around business processes, where together business and IT are end-to-end responsible for the digital products and services that support their operation. We are looking for their Budapest based office  Business Process Maanagement Specialist now.

Elvárások / Requirements

  • Solid experience in (Business) Process Management in any ISO standard environment (ISO9001 for example)
  • Solid experience in process modeling and creation of process descriptions
  • Knowledge of process modeling languages and methods (for example BPMN)
  • Knowledge of process drawing and modeling tools (for example Visio, DrawIO, ARIS, Enterprise Architect, etc.)
  • Understanding enterprise level process landscape and process management

Process Management Specialist

As Process Management Specialist you will be responsible for creating and introducing process management standards in our organization:

  • Drive the introduction of process modeling tool: Create the model of BSC process landscape and maintain it in process modeling tool (experience with ARIS, Enterprise Architect or similar tool is a plus)
  • Create (or consolidate) and maintain process descriptions belonging to the process models for BSC (Management, support and operational processes,main focus on operational processes)
  • Support operational departments and process owners in modeling and maintaining operational processes
  • Work on process optimization projects, facilitate As Is analysis and To Be definition workshops. Support introduction of lean methods.
  • Support process related change management – plan necessary activities for change and track the execution
  • Support preparation and execution of internal audits conducted by HQ audit teams

PCI-DSS Coordinator

As PCI-DSS coordinator you will ensure that our office is compliant with central PCI- DSS regulations and passes internal PCI-DSS audit:

  • Keeping track of PCI-DSS internal regulations and their changes inside company, communicate them toward affected BSC departments and users,
  • Identify which process are in the scope of PCI-DSS regulations, maintain this process list, ensure that affected processes are compliant to PCI-DSS regulations
  • Keep track of employees affected in PCI-DSS scope, ensure that they receives the trainings necessary
  • Manage preparation and execution of internal audits conducted by PCI-DSS officers, (coordinate preparation activities and affected parties in our office, support the auditors in organization of the audit, participate on the audit, manage post-audit activities like collection of evidences and tracking findings)
  • Identify room for improvement in audit process, work on improvements

Business Continuity Coordinator

As Business Continuity Coordinator you will be responsible for the yearly update of the Business Continuity Plan of our office:

  • Understand and document the Operational Processes of BSC, conduct business impact analysis of processes, and determine how they are affected in BCP. Keep the process list and documentation up-to-date.
  • Organize and coordinates the yearly update of the BCP plan in cooperation with Operational Managers, Supervisors, and IT Support Team. Review the documents, maintain the document structure.
  • Coordinates the yearly test of the IT environment with local and AF IT
  • In case of BCP Activation support General Manager as part of BC Management Team
