Job Title Clinical Solutions Implementation Consultant – Patient Monitoring (Critical Care Nurse) (Remote/Travel: ID, CO, MT, ND, SD & WY) Job Description Bring your passion for patient care and technology to this role where you’ll be responsible for leading the clinical implementation of Philips Hospital Patient Monitoring (HPM) solutions to ensure a quality customer experience. You will design, plan, and oversee the delivery of complex clinical solutions throughout the customer lifecycle, while managing the overall scope, budget, and resources. For this position, you must reside within the territory: Southern ID, Northern Colorado, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota or Wyoming. Candidates must reside within 1 hour from a major airport. Your role:
- Consulting and partnering with customers, Customer Project Managers, Clinical Solutions Delivery Consultants, Clinical Solutions Workflow Consultants, and the sales organization to ensure smooth, effective, and successful delivery and implementation of Philips HPM solutions.
- Managing the configuration of various components and software revisions of complex patient monitoring solutions to accommodate application and/or operational workflow in the customer environment.
- Analyzing existing customer workflows and facilitating proper change management, ensuring appropriate testing of systems, and establishing comprehensive training plans to provide a seamless transition of solutions to the customer.
- Identifying, investigating, and resolving application issues and potential defects. Accurately documenting and submitting findings per Philips standard processes.
- Travel across the specified geography is required (up to 90%). The average driving time is 1-4 hours daily and may exceed 50% at times. Occasional overnight stays and travel by air/train/bus may be required.
You’re the right fit if:
- You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital environment. Prior clinical training and adult education delivery experience is highly preferred.
- Your skills include experience in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), Operating Room (OR), Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), and/or Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) settings. Knowledge of Philips IntelliVue monitoring equipment and applications preferred.
- You have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree or equivalent licensure to practice nursing (Registered Nurse); must be able to provide verification for current/active license. Master of Science in Nursing degree and Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred.
- You have nursing informatics, healthcare administration, and/or change management experience.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills. You have project management skills, with an ability to prioritize, multitask, and delegate.

This role also includes company fleet/car, training, and advancement opportunities. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation such as an annual incentive plan, sales commission, or long-term incentives may be offered.
