Hi! We’re one of the Fastest-Growing Direct-to-Consumer eCommerce startups in the world, and we’re currently looking for a highly motivated Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist (YOU?) to join our team!
We’ve taken this brand from $0 to currently around $1.3M/mo in 12 months. Fully bootstrapped and profitable. We’re gearing up for our next growth phase and need some backup on CRO front that can fully own and lead his area. Meaning tweaking and improving our website, tech stack etc., building our world class, killer funnels and landing pages, and executing A/B tests to improve it all.

Job Responsibilities:
- Create and execute CRO strategies to optimize website conversions and increase revenue.
- Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to identify high-performing variations and iterate on them.
- Build Out and Optimize landing pages for specific marketing campaigns to improve conversion rates.
- Develop and implement copywriting strategies that are optimized for conversion and user engagement.
- Conduct user research and incorporate user feedback into website design and development.
- Utilize web analytics tools to monitor and report on website performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
- Develop and manage key conversion points in the marketing funnel, manage and optimize landing pages, website calls-to-action (CTAs), and lead-generating forms A/B test and continually measure the performance of CTA.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in CRO, UI/UX design, and website development.
Job Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in conversion rate optimisation within eCommerce space, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of website design, user interface (UI), and user experience (UX) principles.
- Experience with website development and CMS platforms, such as Shopify, WordPress, or Magento.
- Good in HTML/CSS and JavaScript.
- Strong with A/B and multivariate testing methodologies.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Able to work within the EU timezone.
