As a Credit and Collection Specialist you will coordinate continuous improvement projects in cooperation with cross-functional departments, according to predefined deadlines with full ownership of their tasks and in compliance with the Process Documentations of the respective business sub-process. You closely work together with the IT teams and the RSS Operations colleagues.

The opportunity:

  • Delivering process training, preparing learning paths, and supporting onboarding through equipment management and job shadowing

  • Preparing statistics and reports as requested, contributing to cross-departmental initiatives, and coordinating with Support and Project teams for process change and improvement

  • Participating in knowledge transfers and user acceptance test sessions, maintaining process documentation, and handling system/process issues for peers

  • Developing and implementing different analytics initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders, gathering and translating user needs into technical specifications

  • Facilitating seamless collaboration across teams and borders through proactive cooperation, helping colleagues, and fostering a supportive team environment

  • Promoting effective communication through active information sharing, adapting to flexible assignments, and engaging in workshops and meetings

  • Upholding integrity and adhering to company guidelines while performing diverse tasks to support Roche’s evolving business needs.

Who you are:

  • University degree, preferably in Finance/Accounting related discipline

  • 3-5 years of years of experience in Credit and Collection Management role and /or Commercial/Financial background

  • Experienced in project management and understanding of Order to Cash process

  • Advanced SAP knowledge, with preference for S4 Hana experience

  • Proficient in Excel, including macro writing skills

  • Adept at fostering a team player attitude, skilled in stakeholder management, analytical problem-solver, proactive, embraces creative thinking and open-mindedness

  • Proficiency in English
