About the Customer Support Representative position.
Your role will require you to work alongside Colleagues, Support Managers and Company Directors in improving and succeeding in giving the best possible customer service possible.
Your Tasks & Responsibilities
- To Respond and resolve support tickets on WHMCS.
- To Respond and resolve live chat enquiries.
- To Provide excellent customer support at all times.
- To Help and encourage users during a purchase on the website or over the phone.
- To Answer phone calls using software.
The Requirements
- Basic experience or knowledge in Hosting Solutions and Customer Support.
- You have a genuine friendly, optimistic, and helpful attitude.
- You are willing to learn, be open-minded and not be afraid to ask for help if required.
- Have good grammar and basic mathematical skills.
Some Helpful Attributes
- Previous experience in customer services with a brand or company
- Previous experience with the following software & tools is preferred:

- E-Commerce: WHMCS and/or ticketing and live-chat products.
- Microsoft Office; MS Office, MS Excel, MS Outlook (Hotmail), MS Teams.
- Live Chat: Tidio, Crisp.Chat, ChatSupport and/or other live chat integrations.
- VOIP: Circleloop, RingCentral, e Receptionist and other VOIP software.
