Our organization is looking for an experienced Cyber Security Engineer for a (1-3) years contract position in Washington, DC or Morrisville, NC/Local Remote.

*Candidates must have lived in the US for at least (5) years and can’t have been outside the US in the last (5) years more than (6) months cumulative. This requirement is for the Public Trust Security Clearance.*

*Cyber Security Solutions Engineer/Architect I*
Lead special projects or investigations into specific technology or solution issues and to shepherd research and piloting of new technologies. Serve as a point of contact for engineering efforts and has overall responsibility for the accuracy and integrity of the customer’s private enclave while maintaining compliance with the customer’s enterprise-wide architecture policies and guidelines.
Provides support to all security environments and provide anti-virus solutions
Provides support of various applications and implement all companys standards
Remediate systems across multiple networks
Perform risk analysis on assigned computer systems and applications for all network life cycle and manage communications with internal/external customers.
Assist in transition of security policies for IA configurations
*EXPERIENCE LEVEL:*
Extensive experience (5+ years) in information security operations and/or related IT operational functions
*EDUCATION:*
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline; or the equivalent combination of education; professional training or work experience.
*CERTIFICATIONS: (One or more desired)*
– CompTIA Net+
– CompTIA A+
– CompTIA Security +
– CPTE – Certified Penetration
-Testing Engineer or CEH – Certified Ethical Hacker
