Your responsibilities, Lead the test team by providing a proper vision with a confirmed plan, strategy and a clear action., Ensure development projects are delivered on time, meet business requirements, and fulfil end-user requirements., Assist with identifying and resolving systems issues, Implement, maintain, and improve test team principles and strategy that address all aspects of the Test process., Define project level functional and non-functional test approaches., Define, manage and maintain regression test pack, Ensure the test function follows an auditable robust process where controls can be evidenced., Create Project level Automation Framework and ensure test automation is used effectively to minimise test cycle timescales while maintaining high quality standards., Input into overall performance and NFR testing, Coach test team in proper test procedure, review techniques used for all types of testing practiced in the test function., Produce project estimates and work closely with the Project Manager to ensure project work is delivered to required timescales and quality levels., Work alongside business analysts, scrum masters and project managers to understand business goals/drivers and deliver testing artefacts to the required timescales., Provide regular reports to senior management to demonstrate progress of the test function., Provide test completion certification to move into Release process., Participate in project meetings with business and technical stakeholders to understand and deliver projects., Take responsibility for keeping test process relevant and up to date, Make important decisions relating to test within the context of the delivery environment
Hands on Testing experience and willingness to undertake manual and automation testing., Strong Test Lead experience, Expert level at Jira and Zephyr test tooling, Identification of test entry and exit criteria, Good experience of test planning, reporting, co-ordination and execution of all test activities, Defect management across all test phases and remediation activities including leading triage sessions for project specific bugs, Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, Experience of automation testing tools including Selenium, Tosca and test data creation tooling, Leadership skills, Conflict management and problem resolution skills, Positive team player working as part of a large programme
Optional, Financial services experience, Experience working within global distributed organisation, Agile, Previous experience within Identity and Access Management, Any exposure to SailPoint IdentityIQ
