You:

As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in collecting, interpreting, and delivering insightful data that informs and enhances our work. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights, identify trends, and measure the effectiveness of our campaigns and experiences.

Drawing upon your expertise in data analysis and visualization techniques, you will transform complex data into compelling narratives and actionable recommendations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional team to ensure that data-driven decisions are integrated seamlessly into our processes and strategies. You have the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze data from multiple sources, including web analytics, social media analytics, marketing automation, and CRM tools
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize marketing campaigns
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and segment audiences
  • Monitor overall marketing performance and provide actionable insights
  • Create reports and presentations to communicate results to stakeholders
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices to improve marketing performance

Qualifications:

  • Experience with marketing analytics tools and techniques, including web analytics, social media analytics, marketing automation, and CRM tools
  • Proven ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team
