Our Data Analyst will report to the Reporting & Business Intelligence Manager and partner with cross-functional teams to address organizational data and reporting needs. This analyst will also work closely with the Sr. Director of the Professional Services Team. This role is a key part of the Operations team, which supports both external and internal stakeholders in transforming data, creating data models, visualizing data, and developing assets that provide meaningful value and insights to the business. Responsibilities Act as a data and reporting resource across departments, by supporting data visualization (i.e. reports and dashboards) and analysis for internal stakeholders such as Finance, Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Senior Leadership teams to improve visibility into performance, trends, and business goals. Build reporting assets (dashboards, queries, etc.) from scratch with a bias toward creating clean, accurate, user-focused visualizations. Support timely and quality delivery of contractual client deliverables, such as client-facing monthly metrics presentations and SLA reports. Identify actionable insights, suggest recommendations, and influence the direction of the business by communicating results to cross-functional groups. Align programmatic needs and data infrastructure, by serving as an advocate and feedback loop for departments to improve data integrity, tracking, and maintenance. Collaborate with colleagues to improve data processes and codify data processes for managing and executing data requests to increase efficiency. Develop a solid understanding of our platform, product, and customers to ensure that reporting/data. Requirements Minimum 2+ years experience in managing data, creating dashboards, and building reports for all levels of operations, including clients and senior leadership. Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, or related field; In lieu of degree requirement, the candidate must have a minimum 6 years of experience with supporting business intelligence, managing datasets, creating dashboards, and building effective reporting for all levels of operations including senior leadership. Proficient in working with large data sets, across diverse formats and sources; data mining tools (must have: SQL (Metabase) and DAX (PowerBI) etc.). Proficient in working with data visualization tools such as Metabase, PowerBI, and SSRS. Excel and PPT proficiency required to create client facing presentation/analysis. Experience with Data Warehousing and BigQuery. Knowledge of ETL processes and data modeling. Experienced in working with and manipulating large datasets and writing and maintaining reports derived from that data. Experienced in creating actionable reports for our customers and internal teams, while balancing for future use cases and building a scalable reporting infrastructure. Experienced in building reporting solutions from scratch, data visualization, and a bias towards creating clean, accurate, user-focused visualizations. Ensures systems are implemented to support initiatives and goals to improve the quality of patient care, maximize patient safety, and enhance operational efficiencies to support digital health outcomes and enhancement. Demonstrates familiarity and understanding of all clinical information systems, including interfaces, and demonstrates expertise in applications within scope of assigned work. Strong ability to analyze data and troubleshoot complex technical problems. Past experience determining metrics to track the health of initiatives and the business overall. For Colorado, Nevada, New York, and Washington DC-based employment: In accordance with the Pay Transparency laws the pay range for this position is $ 55,000 to$69,000. The compensation package may include stock options, plus a range of medical, dental, vision, financial, generous PTO, stipends for professional development, and wellness benefits. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. The range listed only applies to Colorado, Nevada, New York, and Washington DC.
