About the job Data Entry Specialist Remote We are looking for a hard-working data entry clerk to join our team. As a data entry clerk, you will be responsible for entering specific data into our databases. You will be responsible for managing the data and keeping it organized. Your main objective will be to keep the data in order so that it is easily accessible at any time. Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Entering new information into database systems
  • Create and manage spreadsheets
  • Check the probity of data by performing comparative analysis of different sources
  • Regularly update existing database system records
  • Produce reports
  • Retrieve data as requested
  • Perform regular database backups and security activities
  • Document, organize and store relevant documents

Requirements

  • Previous work experience as a data entry clerk for (2) years
  • Fast typing ability
  • Excellent knowledge of word processing and database tools
  • 3 years of experience with spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and your impact on the success of the company
