Your new role
- Recognise and extract documents from bulk records.
- Route documents within our internal system.
- Analyse land agreements, titles, and records as needed.
- Assist with Lease-related agreements administration.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, promptly addressing queries and information requests.
- Provide administrative support to various business lines.
- Manage electronic documentation within the relevant Land Department.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Proficiency in Excel and other relevant systems.
- Strong written and verbal English skills (minimum B2 or C1 level).
- While a degree is preferred, candidates still studying may be considered.
- Basic Microsoft Office experience.
- Familiarity with Outlook is advantageous.
- The ability to collaborate across Upstream and other functions.
