Role Overview:
As a Developer Relations Manager, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with current and prospective partners and their developers, to drive adoption and engagement with our platform. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, communication skills, and relationship-building abilities to support the growth and success of our developer community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate regularly with current and prospective partners to glean product insights and address questions / concerns
- Build a best-in-class function within Halliday, helping to grow our reputation as a developer-first company
- Create content (e.g., tutorials, blog posts and FAQs) to engage with developer community
- Host technical workshops at conferences and events
- Onboard new developers and builders and build a supportive community on channels like Discord
- Translate highly technical features into customer use cases – and vice versa!
