The scope of work involves extensive integration tasks, focusing on single login solutions and developing “glue code” to facilitate seamless data access for users.
Cloud Platforms : Currently, our primary focus is on AWS, with plans to expand to Azure in the near future.
Infrastructure Technology Stack: Our current tools include CTK and TypeScript, with a transition towards Terraform underway.
We are cloud native and we work primarily on AWS. We deliver solutions using Scrum methodology. We have built and are operating the enterprise data lake, data mesh and data science platform on AWS to support our vision, which is to be able to deliver world class management of data.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, software development or a related field.
- Experience deploying with CI/CD and working with modern build, test and deployment tools, ideally in large organizations.
- Experience (best 6+ years) working as a Cloud Engineer, or related position.
- Expert knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS (preferred), Azure, or Google Cloud, with hands-on experience in deploying and managing cloud infrastructure.
- Understanding of cloud security best practices and the ability to implement security measures for data protection and compliance.
- Experience with containerization, container clusters and/ or serverless.
- An understanding of infrastructure automation and infrastructure as code.
- Strong programming skills with Python and at least one other language (Typescript/Terraform) .
- Experience writing and refactoring code.
- Experience working with a regulated industry would be an advantage.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Experience setting up or using Databricks would be an advantage.
