About the position:
Graphisoft’s Technical Services Team is looking for a Technical Support Engineer Trainee to join their team. The Team primarily focuses on services towards Graphisoft’s reseller channel, such as providing support for BIMcloud and Teamwork in Archicad.
Core Responsibilities:
Investigate and solve Archicad, BIMx and BIMcloud related questions and issues reported by the reseller channel
•Communicate these questions, issues, and solutions with the reseller channel and with Graphisoft’s Product Development
•Create documentation and online articles for knowledgebase and troubleshooting
•Develop and improve documents, materials, and presentations
Requirements:
•Ongoing studies on architectural field
•Good English skills – written and verbal
•At least intermediate level Archicad skills
•20h+ per week availability
Desired Skills:
•Interest in technology – computer networking
•Previous internship at architectural firms
