This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional. As Digital Health Solutions Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for: • Drive Digital strategy and transformation efforts within Ultrasound Customer Service, including expanding on implementation of a digital customer service platform and developing initiatives to achieve financial targets. • Collaborate across Ultrasound IT, Product, and Service Business Leaders within Ultrasound Customer Service to help customize our digital remote service platform to customer and business needs. • Co-create the remote service platform strategic roadmap and develop goals for the future. • Work closely with Ultrasound IT and global software development teams in order to deliver on remote service platform vision. • Oversee market research and analysis that identifies opportunities to enhance Ultrasound Customer Service software packages. • Monitor and report on progress towards digital and business transformation objectives to executive leadership, meeting agreed upon deadlines and supporting progress with relevant KPIs. • Support the Strategy and Transformation team in identify opportunities to our service through digital offerings; activities may include communicating analysis or market research on our digital platform to the portfolio and strategy teams. • Successfully communicate and present across all levels and geographies to gain commitment of key stakeholders.
