About the Role: The Director of Enablement Content & Programs will lead a team of content and instructional designers, and onboarding specialists to provide CrowdStrike sellers with a modern, on brand, and engaging learning experience. The role will be responsible for creating and overseeing the strategy and process to build, measure, and maintain meaningful, engaging and sustainable content, delivered at the right time for the right audience, from onboarding to recurrent and strategic initiatives. The Director will also be responsible for growing and scaling our content design and development team, evolving our onboarding content, as well as supporting programs. This leader is responsible for their teams’ career planning and development, team development, and hiring per the dynamic needs of the organization, and other duties relative to organizational management.The Director of Enablement Content & Programs will report directly to the VP of Global Enablement and align closely with Field Enablement, Sales, Product, Product Marketing, and various go to market teams. What You’ll Do: Develop and own a clear and measurable expert content strategy inclusive of training content, digital assets (video, graphics, animation, etc) that maintains alignment to the CrowdStrike Sales Enablement brand and vision. Maintain close partnership and congruent program roadmaps with Field enablement and go to market teams. Provide ongoing insight into the latest research and emerging trends in modern learning delivery and content architecture. Accountable for on-demand, monthly, and quarterly performance reporting across the content portfolio. Establish/refresh and own programmatic content across recurrent and strategic initiatives, onboarding, and all sales enablement programs. Own and evolve designated programs, including onboarding (both in-person and virtual) to adapt with the businesses needs, product development, and company growth. Own and enforce content creation standards, governance processes, and delivery method parameters (live training, on demand, library, digital assets, etc.). Ensure cross functional content collaboration efforts across go to market teams, and effectiveness of content. Own the feedback process, strategic and tactical adaptation of content and build process. What You’ll Need: 10+ years of proven experience leading content development teams. Strategic planning and measurement experience. 8+ years of experience as a direct people manager with an excellent track record in motivating and managing talent. SaaS sales experience is a plus. A strategic mindset and proven ability to manage global sales enablement programs. Understanding of next generation learning technologies, practices and learner experiences. Experienced with content design, and proficient with presentation and design tools (Powerpoint, Google Slides, Camtasia, Adobe, etc.). Ability to establish excellent relationships with diverse stakeholders. Ability to articulate ideas and information effectively, clearly, and concisely. Excellent communications and senior leader engagement experience. Self-directed leader with demonstrated high levels of independence and productivity. Motivated, goal-oriented team player/coach with a positive attitude. Proven track record of building teams and developing talent.
