Its geographical area of operation covers the state of Baden-Württemberg. The association is headquartered in Karlsruhe with a second office in Stuttgart.
At our office in Karlsruhe, we are looking to fill the following position in the Software Engineering and IT Coordination department at the earliest possible date:
Employee First-Level Support IT (m/f/d)
Grade A10 LBesO / pay grade 9b TVöD, reference number: V 583.24 Your main responsibilities:
- First-level support for users in the Windows environment, hardware/software and networks via ticket system, telephone and e-mail
- Acceptance, classification and prioritization of requests
- Independent analysis and solution of problems according to defined processes and exchange with second-level support in the event of further ticket processing
- Diagnosis and rectification of faults and errors
- Checking and approving workarounds and solutions for the following support levels in dialog with the ticket creators
- Maintenance and editing of the support knowledge database
- Technical set-up and maintenance of workstations, meeting rooms, home offices, etc.
We expect from you:
- Completed training as an IT systems technician (m/f/d) or comparable professional experience
- Several years of experience in first-level support is an advantage, but not a requirement
- IT affinity and enjoy working with people
- Professional, structured way of working, even in challenging situations
- A high level of commitment, a sense of responsibility, reliability and the ability to work in a team
- Good written and spoken German skills
