The following challenges await you:
- As Enterprise Architect (m/f/d), you will shape, position and execute the Enterprise Architecture discipline and practices within the Heraeus Group.
- You will design and implement enterprise and business architectures that align with the business strategy and IT roadmap.
- Furthermore, you will also build and manage architectures that support business objectives while ensuring IT integrity.
- You will also be responsible for evaluating and prioritizing IT initiatives and projects in terms of their contribution to the overall enterprise architecture.
- You will establish and maintain partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, business partners, and architects within the organization to ensure close alignment between IT and business units
- Last but not least, you will consult and advice IT and business teams in implementing architectural best practices and ensure compliance with defined enterprise architecture standards and guidelines.
Your profile:
- Completed degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field preferred
- Several years of experience in the development and implementation of enterprise architectures, leadership skills are beneficial
- Deep understanding of IT infrastructures, cloud technologies, and application architectures, as well as technology trends and their impact on the business environment
- Certifications such as TOGAF or equivalent are an advantage
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate complex technical concepts in German and English
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex business challenges
