Job Description Growing Cyber Security Services firm and 2023 Top Work Places to Work recipient seeks a remote Enterprise Solutions Director. The Enterprise Solutions Director will lead a segment of the firm’s software development pipeline, from identification and capture through delivery oversight. The firm’s current software services portfolio primarily utilizes MS .NET and low code/no code software like Power BI and Power Apps. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of software development methodologies, cloud computing. Responsibilities Cultivate new and existing client relationships to understand customer business needs and mission objectives to help identify the right solutions and platforms. Support capture of contract vehicles and tasks associated with software development and integration. Develop, coordinate and assist in pitches, presentations, proposals and responses to RFPs. Build strong teaming partnerships to fill technical, management, past performance and key staff gaps for RFPs. Negotiate teaming agreements and exhibits detailing workshare or functional area expectations. Conduct research and analysis on clients, industries and competitors to help identify industry trends and new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients. Network within industry to identify leads and build strategic partnerships. Identify and recruit exceptional talent to grow the firm’s capabilities in software architecture, growth-oriented platforms, and delivery of software/solutions engagements. Manage client product owners and understand the business needs and overall mission of their customers. Help develop and implement development methodologies and processes using agile principles. Ensure software projects are completed on time and within budget. Identify opportunities to improve software development processes and implement best practices using Jira and Confluence. Demonstrate a strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and trends. Help cross-functional teams collaborate to develop solutions that meet business requirements. Manage vendor and subcontractor relationships to ensure that the organization has the tools and resources it needs to complete its projects successfully. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. 4-6+ years supporting various aspects of capture of public sector opportunities associated with software development. 8-10+ years of experience working with software development teams and software projects in the public sector. Strong understanding of software development methodologies and processes Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities Clearance US Citizenship Required #J-18808-Ljbffr
