Effectively communicate across all levels of the organization. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE: 1. Master’s degree in Information Technology/Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or Hospital Administration,OR4 years of data analytics experience required. 2. This position will require an EPIC official designation of “Proficient” within the new hire probationary period. EXPERIENCE: 1. 1 year experience working with relational data base structures including design, testing, troubleshooting problems and/or training. 2. 1 year of experience in data analysis and/or health care planning background. 3. 1 year of experience with reporting tools such as Crystal Reports. 4.
