Job Description
As a Business Assistant and Executive Assistant, you will be a part of our Deutsche Telekom IT organization with a highly committed international Business Assistance team. Beyond the executive Assistant role you can have a huge impact on shaping our processes and dashboards via turning your passion and creativity into innovative and sustainable solutions.
You can join our Business Assistance team where you:
- Will be the right hand of one of our executive managers
- support projects and leaders within and outside of the Hungarian organization and thereby help them reach their objectives
- Will provide support for cross-chapter demands, simplifying communication for the area by acting as a Single point of contact
- Plan, develop and organize organizational & international events together with area members.
- Keep contact with managers belongs to the dedicated area
- Keep up to date & follow up administration in regards of the organization relevant digitalized documents
- Support our Leadership Team based on their defined processes
You can also join our chapter area based on your capacity where you will have the chance to develop your project management or creative skills
- You can ensure timely and accurate progress of the planned and defined strategy related programs
- Provide advisory management for local & international Chapter orga. in Development /or communication topics
- You can jump in ad-hoc creative projects where you can use some of your digital illustration experience
- Participate in local and international Newskilling related projects if you are interested in.
Qualifications
- University or college degree
- Fluent English knowledge
