(learn more at ) Duties & Responsibilities: + Lead the technical design and development of the Workday Financials system to meet business requirements. + Develop custom integrations, reports, and dashboards to support financial processes. + Collaborate with functional leads and business stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions. + Configure and maintain the Workday Financials system to ensure optimal performance. + Work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues. + Develop and maintain system documentation and training materials. + Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to Workday Financials. Required Skills: + Strong understanding of Workday Financials data model and technical architecture. + Experience with Core Connectors, Banking Integrations, Bank Statements/Bank Reconciliation, XSLT/XSLT3, SOAP, REST APO, Workday Financials Studio, EIBs, Web Services, and Report Writer. + Ability to collaborate effectively with functional leads and business stakeholders. + Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Experience: 5+ years of experience in Workday Financials technical design and development.
