Our role as the nation’s largest and most experienced Financial Management Service provider is to assist those eligible Medicaid recipients to choose and pay for their own support workers and services within their state-approved personalized budget. (learn more at ) Duties & Responsibilities: + Lead the technical design and development of the Workday Financials system to meet business requirements. + Develop custom integrations, reports, and dashboards to support financial processes. + Collaborate with functional leads and business stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions. + Configure and maintain the Workday Financials system to ensure optimal performance. + Work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues. + Develop and maintain system documentation and training materials. + Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to Workday Financials. Required Skills: + Strong understanding of Workday Financials data model and technical architecture. + Experience with Core Connectors, Banking Integrations, Bank Statements/Bank Reconciliation, XSLT/XSLT3, SOAP, REST APO, Workday Financials Studio, EIBs, Web Services, and Report Writer. + Ability to collaborate effectively with functional leads and business stakeholders. + Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Experience: 5+ years of experience in Workday Financials technical design and development.
