Proven success filling hard-to-fill roles Skilled at hunting for candidates via Boolean searching, X-Ray searches, Linkedin and networking events Presenting top tier software developers and architects candidates Ability to learn how to recruit new engineering languages to and refine effective sourcing strategies Knowledge of recruitment software and database systems Identify appropriate recruiting strategies and stay up to date with the latest industry tools Proactively source qualified candidates, review resumes, and pre-screen candidates Must have a understanding of blockchain, crypto, web3 and smart contracts. Knowledge of Cloud, DevOps and other commonly needed skill sets. Extensive experience with recruiting one or more skills including but not limited to: Rust, Python, Go or JavaScript.
