Planning a calendar of gaming activities;

Development and launch of Free2play games and all game scenarios;

Setting technical tasks for creative materials;

Planning and sending communications within the framework of gamification (sms, email, web/mobile-push, call center, in-app);

Generating campaign effectiveness analytics and searching for growth points;

Searching and testing hypotheses for improving existing mechanics;

Calculation and planning of the bonus budget;

Search and implementation of new gaming products.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
-
Experience in the gaming industry or experience with gamification in iGaming;
-
Knowledge of current trends in gamification of the customer journey;
-
Experience in designing a sustainable game economy and game balance with elements of one-time and regular tasks, levels, inventory, tournaments, store, customization and more.

Experience with ESP/CRM/CDP systems;
-
Understanding of how marketing mechanics work in betting and gambling;

Analytical skills. Experience in building game analytics, knowledge of key gamification metrics, ability to work with data in Excel is required (VLOOKUP and Pivot tables);

The ability to dive into database segmentation and look for leverage at various stages of the conversion funnel;

Knowledge of general retention metrics and direct communication channels;

From 3 years of experience. If you haven’t reached 3 years yet, but have experience in everything described, you should respond;

English at the Upper Intermediate level and above (you must be able to communicate with contractors and set technical specifications).
KPIs for the probation period

Initiate a basic gamification scheme for new clients, conduct an A/B testing, and document an increase in first-purchase conversion rates within the test group.

Successfully package and market a game as an independent marketing initiative, ensuring over 50% of users are recurrently engaged with each launch.
