Quality, T&T Projects

As a Quality Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing and enhancing quality measures to prevent risks in deals, projects, and services.
  • Planning and executing bid reviews, quality gates, and project audits.
  • Tracking measures derived from quality assurance findings.
  • Participating in quality reporting.
  • Engaging in risk, overrun, and claim management.
  • Conducting weekly/monthly reviews of project/service statuses and communicating updates to project owners and management.
  • Coaching deal, project, and service managers.
  • Supporting internal and external audits (management audits, ISO, CMMI).
  • Identifying lessons learned and contributing to the continuous improvement of standards, processes, and tools.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in German and English (minimum B2 level).
  • Over 5 years of experience in the quality management process.
  • Several years of practical experience in offer, project, and service management.
  • Proficiency in standards for projects and infrastructure/Cloud Managed services (PM-, T&T book, PMI).
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in the bid process and bid review, including contractual basics.
  • In-depth knowledge of PU Cloud quality assurance measures and their application.
  • Hands-on experience in claim management.
  • Diligence, reliability, and excellent communication skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • ITIL4 certification.
  • Experience in process or project management.
