German Speaking Customer Service

A German-speaking Customer Support Representative is open at our partner who is a leading provider of IT infrastructure services operating in Budapest. Provide exceptional technical support for the company Handles incoming support channels to troubleshoot customer inquiries Escalate issues as needed in a timely manner with clear and effective communication. Utilizes in-house and third-party support tools and team resources necessary to solve or escalate customer issues and collaborate with teammates and colleagues Proactively identifies improvements to the product, identify bugs and otherwise determine high-impact opportunities to enhance the customer experience

Requirements

Fluency in English and German MS office skills Ability to organize own and other’s workload Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
