At Native Pet, we’re all about keeping our furry friends healthy and happy with top-notch supplements. And right now, we’re on the lookout for a creative mind to join our pack as a Graphic Designer .
But here’s the deal: we’re not just about churning out designs – we’re about setting the bar high.
We’re aiming to bring the high standards of the fashion and beauty industry, with truly beautiful design and typography, to Native Pet.
We’re looking for someone who’s into beautiful design – great typography, stunning email layouts, captivating webpage designs, and striking imagery.
So we need someone who can whip up eye-catching graphics, work at a good speed, and still keep those quality standards sky-high.
You’ll be diving into a team of about 30 awesome team members in the USA, handling things from marketing to logistics. Plus, we’ve got 7 to 8 team members over in the Philippines, mostly for project management and things like that.

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our Senior Graphic Designer and Creative Director to bring concepts to life and design eye-catching materials for new products, retail, and sales campaigns across digital, print, and social platforms.
More specifically, you will:
🎨 Conceptualize, create, and deliver strong design solutions for various branded materials, including emails, website content, landing pages, and print work.
🖼️ Translate approved campaign concepts and layouts into different sizes and formats while maintaining the original creative vision.
🚀 Ensure all graphics align with our brand’s strong and focused vision.
📦 Manage the design of product packaging, from concept presentations to final execution.
📂 Organise and maintain projects and digital archives to keep things running smoothly.
Working Hours ⏰: This is a full time position, with working hours from midday to late evening in Central European Time to ensure some overlap with our core US Team.

Your portfolio should reflect this, showing your ability to create visually appealing email designs, web page designs, and overall great imagery.
To excel in this role, you need to have:
✅ 1-3 years experience in design.
✅ A stunning portfolio of Graphic design work.
✅ Strong typography skills and composition.
✅ Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop and Indesign a must).
✅ Proficiency in Figma.
✅ Experience in one or more of the following: digital campaigns, web design, display ads, print work.
✅ Detail oriented with careful review of work to ensure highest quality control.
✅ A steward of brand strategy, identity, and consistency of the brands.
✅ Knowledge of latest and emerging design trends.
Brownie Points for:
✅Strong experience in Illustrator and Keynote.
✅ Knowledge of packaging regulations.
✅ Knowledge of packaging process and various print methods.

What’s in it for you?
