In this role, as a fresh graduate, you’ll find an exciting opportunity to dive into the oil and gas industry while also exploring new directions aligned with the MOL 2030+ Strategy. This position offers a unique chance to expand your knowledge beyond traditional boundaries, gaining exposure to various aspects of the business and contributing directly to strategic decision-making processes and external negotiations. Your main challenge will involve developing financial evaluations for M&A opportunities and strategic investment projects, playing a pivotal role in supporting key decisions and negotiations. Additionally, you’ll be tasked with providing strategic analysis and conducting research specific to companies and industries, thereby driving the company’s growth agenda forward. Joining the analyst team means becoming part of a talent pool recognized within the company, where significant emphasis is placed on your professional development. Reporting directly to the Head of Analysis & Business Evaluation, you’ll receive mentorship and support to enhance your skills and expertise within the organization.
WHAT ARE THE BASIC REQUIREMENTS TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE?
Your Background: A BSc/MSc degree in Economics, preferably with a financial background. Specialization in Corporate Finance or Investment Analysis would be advantageous.
Your Skills: Solid financial modeling skills are essential, along with the ability to construct complex business cases. You should also excel in synthesizing information from multiple sources and preparing coherent evaluations for complex business cases.
Your Communication: Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English are a must, enabling you to effectively convey your analyses and insights to stakeholders.
