As the Head of Operations at CURE, you’ll play a pivotal role in streamlining our internal processes and fostering growth as our company expands. With CURE’s growth trajectory, it’s imperative to centralise operations, enhance collaboration, and implement efficient workflow systems.
In this role, you will:
🚀 Oversee project management, ensuring quality control and team efficiency.
🔄 Liaise with our accountant and bookkeepers to maintain accurate monthly invoices.
🤝 Facilitate team development activities, such as planning retreats and team-building exercises.
📊 Provide support for business development initiatives and hiring processes, requiring proficiency in creating presentations and decks.
Working Hours ⏰: Full-time, with a preference for availability during EST business hours as much as possible.
To excel in this role, you need to have:
✅ Have experience collaborating with company owners, leading teams, problem-solving with clients, and managing finances.
