Your responsibilities would be:
Own system administration to all internal safety systems
Support the transformation from excel-based reporting to Power Bl; both replacing existing reports and developing new reports from scratch
Enhance Power BI or similar dashboards, both data model and overall design, to capture ‘exceptions’ and help drive actionable insights Create ad hoc reports and new Power BI or similar dashboards based on demands of the business;
Troubleshoot and provide support to end-users, empowering them to better consume reports
Rigorously test applications for functionality and data accuracy
Develop training materials/guides to enhance customer experience and optimize systems and insights usage
Partner with the Business Intelligence team to maintain and optimize Data Lake structures
Drive continuous improvement and standardization efforts within the OSH organization
Maintain the internal OSH SharePoint site and OSH hub with regular and updated information in a structured manner.
Provide ‘hands-on’, as needed project savy on multiple as assigned projects at the same time
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IT systems, reports and business processes within the organization
Prepare and deliver training and support to end users in the utilized systems: SafeTKE (mobile or desktop), PBI, etc.
Elvárások / Requirements
You are a perfect fit to your team if you have:
Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration /Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Computer Information Systems, or similar field
2+ years of progressive experience in data modelling, data analysis and reporting
2+ years’ experience working with Health and Safety data Fluency in English is a must, other spoken languages (Spanish, German, French) would be a plus
Experience with Power BI (Desktop), Tableau, or similar visualization programs (+1 years of experience with Power BI is preferred)
Being able to acquire and clean data, create the data model (table connections & relationships), create meaningful visualizations, reports and dashboards to support the business is essential
Data modelling experience Ability with Power BI Service, managing workspaces and accesses, establishing row-level security (RLS), publishing and updating apps
Advanced Excel skill set, along with strong data mining
expertise from multiple databases
Ability to perform complex data analysis and development with large data volumes.
Ability to solve complex problems through solution-oriented analysis and cost-effective solutions
Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to draft reports and prepare clear and concise presentations for all stakeholders
Experience with Azure Data Storage and SQL Server
Comfortable working with very sensitive data and able to
maintain a high degree of discretion
Team player approach, capable of working with people from different departments, backgrounds, and experience
