- At least 2 year work experience as an HR IT Business Partner or HR IT Specialist (application management) role
- Knowledge in at least 3 – 4 HR-IT processes (mainly Employee Master Data Management – DataCube, Interfacing, Connections to and from SAP)
- Experience in HR processes like Payroll, Organization Management and familiarity with the other ones
- Experience in IT processes (Ticketing, User support, Business KPI-s)
- IT knowledge in SAP HR (HCM) module
- SSC Experience is an advantage
- Confident user of standard office applications
- Familiarity with ABAP / C++ / Python
- HR related application knowledge (like: Cornerstone, SmartRecruiters) is an advantage
- Fluent in English
- Highly motivated individual who can demonstrate the ability to solve problems
- Good time management (ability to plan, manage and delegate)
- Good level of attention to details
- Structured and organized approach to work
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
