HR Manager role supporting and managing the Hungary team across departments. Global Human Resources Business Partner supporting a department and it’s senior leadership group, working alongside local HRBPs An accomplished HR Business Partner who has experience in human resources in the area of staffing, talent management, organizational interventions, compensation and benefits, organization development, employee relations, training and knowledge of Statutory compliance. Successful track record of initiating People strategies to support business growth and change Demonstrated strategic thinking, understanding of business and execution excellence Strong capability in managing dynamic and matrix relations with different stakeholders Excellent influencing, communication and presentation skills Leadership building/management (at all levels), strong business connectivity and influencing skills working with senior leaders and partnering with HR, lead employee consultation and communication effectively Result orientation with high productivity; strong desire for success Coordinate and execute projects in India including tracking and reporting on status, risks, issues and dependencies Help drive HR strategies across business units and work closely with the HR leaders in driving various projects and programs in the region.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in Human Resources in a growing organization Experience from a technology company, especially SaaS environment is a plus Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Hungarian Superior people management skill Ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision Ability to research, apply, and adapt to new and complex situations within a growing environment Ability to approach problems with a sense of ownership, enthusiasm and innovation Develop, coach and train managers Create and drive learning and development interventions Plan, Manage and execute on strategic HR projects
