As part of the People Insights Area of Practice (AoP), we work as one team to unlock the full potential of our people data and technology, informing Roche decisions through research-based insights.
The Opportunity
As an HR Reporting Analyst (Insights Analyst), you’ll contribute to data analysis and insights generation, using modern BI tools, while also demonstrating basic knowledge of data preparation and querying methods. Your role involves understanding customer needs within the organization, adhering to customer experience best practices, and participating in innovation and continuous improvement efforts. You’ll also leverage digital tools for collaboration, apply a data-driven framework to problem-solving, and uphold data quality and privacy standards.

Demonstrates an understanding data analysis and insights generation and proficiency in using modern business intelligence (Qlik, Tableau, etc.)

Basic knowledge of data preparation and querying methods and knowledge of Workday reporting and dashboarding solutions (Report writer & designer), or other HCM or ERP system

Has basic understanding of the business and functions within the organization and their needs and adheres to customer experience best practices and meets minimum requirements for customer feedback

Uses digital tools for collaboration and co-creation and adopts learning technologies to further development

Applies a data-driven framework to define and diagnose the problem, analyze data and make actionable recommendations and acts as a data guardian, respecting data quality, governance and privacy

Participates within the global Insights Analyst Community, within the Area of Practice and participates in innovation and continuous improvements efforts
Who you are

We are seeking an individual with a BS degree in a quantitative field and 2+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination

Good communication skills in English (written and spoken) are critical. Additional languages a plus, based on region/customer requirements.
