The work can be managed full remotely – with time-to-time office presence – from any location in Hungary.

Job Description

  • Manage master data, including creating and maintaining customer data in ERP and CRM systems.
  • Process customer tickets in Salesforce, ensuring order completeness and compliance with product portfolio.
  • Handle order processing in the ERP system, including order creation, delivery date clarification, and tracking.
  • Communicate with customers regarding order processing queries and provide support through ticket systems.
  • Support Key Account Managers in sales activities and coordinate with various departments for information collection and process improvement.
  • Participate in meetings, contribute to presentations, and oversee follow-up actions.
  • Develop and update a library of sales resources and materials.
  • Liaise with R&D, Product, and Project Management teams to meet customer requirements.
  • Engage in Lead-to-Order and Order-to-Cash order management processes.
  • Perform reporting and analysis for Inside Sales activities.
  • Manage customer-facing activities, returns, and order cancellations.
  • Update and maintain customer database.
  • Participate in project works and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Report to Inside Sales Manager Team Lead.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Commercial/Sales role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong understanding of Inside Sales processes and activities.
  • Proficiency in MS Windows, Outlook, Excel, CRM software (Salesforce), and SAP ERP system.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Business fluency in GERMAN and English, both written and spoken (they will be tested during interview).
  • Legal authorization to work in Hungary.
