Integration Service Owner at BlueSoft #vacancy #remote

Purpose: 

  • Ownership of the Integration service and its overall delivery 
  • Deliver business value through reliable, effective, and efficient IT integration analysis and planning 
  • Ensure efficient service delivery planning through Demand and Requirements management, Asset Lifecycle planning and long-term capacity management activities, while ensuring further development of IT Services offered be the Function, governance processes and frameworks 

Responsibilities: 

  • Demand and Requirements management: 
  • Consolidation and maintenance of Service roadmap / 3-year plan and High-Level Function Capacity Management – anticipating long-term Function capacity requirements and shortfalls (skills and infrastructure/services). 
  • Onboard and register demands from Domain Owners, Business Owners and other Functions 
  • Interact with demand owners, gather information required to complete the assessment/evaluation 
  • Qualify, assess and scope demand, leveraging the Integration team and all other stakeholders in the integration requested 
  • Ensure accurate assessment, t-shirt sizing and team resource allocation, with approval and clear handover to project manager where necessary. 
  • Maturing the demand management process in alignment with the appropriate operational framework 

Service Lifecycle planning: 

  • Prepare Service standards definition leveraging the Integration team and all other internal or external stakeholders
  • Service lifecycle calendar and roadmap – ensure all required activities and timelines are anticipated, known and followed through, especially in terms of technical streamlining and rationalization (removal of legacy technologies). 
  • Service financial monitoring, control and reporting 

Function processes and frameworks: 

  • Ensure frameworks developed, known, formalized, fit-for-purpose and adapted to the Integration Function, in line with client needs. Ensure all are properly documented 
  • Monitor and measure compliance; accountable to ensure compliance gaps are removed 
  • Drive continuous improvement and ensure alignment with Global, cross IT processes and Operating Model 
  • Integration Function Plan Management linked with or driven by the defined service roadmap 
  • Anticipate and analyze business and technical integration needs, market and technology trends. New product identification/ design.
  • Key focus on consolidation, simplification and a structured “factory” approach to Integration delivery, providing a cost optimized, mature and predicable service.
