We’re seeking a talented Intune Administrator to join our team and play a pivotal role in revolutionizing workplace services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management of endpoint environments, setting up Intune and Defender for Endpoint
- Drive seamless operation and tackle challenges with precision through problem analyses, packaging, and patch management
- Harness your expert knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Mobile Device Management, and Microsoft Defender to elevate our service delivery
- Customize and implement device guidelines and policies, ensuring optimal functionality and security
- Provide 2nd level support for management solutions, empowering our service desk and desktop support teams
- Be a decision-maker in shaping workplace devices, processes, and policies
- Implement and monitor device compliance profiles, ensuring adherence to standards.
- Collaborate on impactful IT projects that redefine the workplace experience
Qualifications
- Completed IT studies with hands-on experience in the field
- Proficiency in German at C1 level (both in written and oral form), enabling effective communication with clients and colleagues
- Proven track record in client management solutions, particularly Microsoft Intune
- Good communication skills, self-motivation, and customer-centric mindset
- Bonus points for cross-architectural knowledge in the Windows environment and ITIL Foundation certification (v3/v4)
- Experience in project management and task automation with Microsoft PowerShell
- Familiarity with Apple device administration
- Familiarity with ticketing systems like ServiceNow
- Solid understanding of networks (TCP/IP, Ethernet, DNS)
