Main responsibilities:
Define and manage domain-specific architecture standards, principles, and policies aligned with enterprise standards.
Lead tool and technology selection within the domain(s) to meet strategic objectives. Actively participate in the creation of a holistic vision, and strategy how IT will / can help deliver domain Business value drivers. Support SG2&3 assessments by providing domain-specific expertise and reviews.
Develop BRD Conceptual Designs within the domain(s). (BRD: Business Requirements Document) Manage the domain’s capability and application landscape, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Facilitate the establishment and implementation of standards and guidelines that guide the design of technology solutions including architecting and implementing solutions requiring integration of multiple platforms, operating systems and applications.
Review, advise and design standard software and hardware builds, system options, risks, costs versus benefits and impacts on the domain Business processes and goals. Make critical domain architecture decisions, influencing projects and initiatives within the domain. Ensure quality assurance of project architecture artifacts at SG4&5 within the domain(s). Coach and oversee project architects to ensure compliance and quality of domain-specific architectures. Define, publish and maintain domain-specific standards (RA, ABB, SBB) aligned with enterprise guidelines. (RA: Reference Architecture, ABB: Architecture Building Block, SBB: Solution Building Block) Define and articulate Project Architecture Deliverables specific to the domain(s). Control quality of deliverables and validate upload to the Architecture Repository upon project completion. Capture and promote best practices, make proposals for landscape improvement, aiming for the robustness, availability, scalability, performance and efficiency of the domain IT solutions. Track domain industry trends and maintain knowledge of new technologies to better serve the domain IT architecture needs. Based on industry trends and standards proactively propose innovative solutions to support the Business requirements and strategy.
Actively engage as a member of the IT Architecture Governance Board. Contribute to the roadmaps and delivery of recently established IT organizations/initiatives (Digital Factory, RITS, GREEN).
Help to create and maintain a cross organizational technology roadmap for Consumer and Card area in line with business strategy (including ERP area RITS and Digital Factory) Help to define and continuously update Retail infrastructure standards, include application and hardware lifecycle Propose investment initiatives for keep the Consumer ad Card landscape sustainable
Main requirements:
University degree in IT
5-10+ years professional experience, with at least 3 years in a preferably domain architectural role Experience in developing and implementing architecture frameworks and strategies Track record in strategic and operational planning, business analysis, and financial management within the domain context. Understanding of business models, operating models, cost- benefit analysis, budgeting, and risk management within the specific domain(s). Proficiency in information management practices, system development life cycle management, and IT services management within the domain(s). Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (in Hungarian and English), to effectively articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders. Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking to address domain-specific challenges. Autonomy in managing tasks, handling ambiguity, and prioritizing domain-specific responsibilities. Proven experience in facilitating consensus among cross-functional teams within a domain context. Strategic thinking to align domain-specific IT architecture with business objectives. Understanding of project quality assurance processes within the domain(s). Proficiency in stakeholder management and change management within the domain context. Sound risk issue and impact management capabilities specific to the domain(s). Effective organizational and time management skills. Exposure to working in international or multinational environments, ideally within the specific domain(s). Solid understanding of process, application, data, and infrastructure architectures, particularly in the specified domain(s). Familiarity with relevant industry standards, frameworks, methodologies and best practices such as TOGAF, C4, DAMA, ITIL, APQC, UML, and others
