We are seeking to add to our entrepreneurial culture and team with an **IT Solutions and Delivery Manager.** *Offices in Chicago and NYC but open to employees in IL, IN, WI, CA, NY, NJ.* **Position Description**: The IT Solutions and Delivery Manager will be aligned with our key business processes and play an integral role on cross-functional teams (I.E. Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Sales) to set our technology strategy and agenda. Reporting to the Head of Strategy, IT, and Projects, this role will be supporting the business to innovate and create business gains, reducing complexity, and increasing capabilities. **Responsibilities and Functions**:

  • Standardize the design governance process across Unilever WAW North America
  • Lead the Enterprise architecture team on solutions and recommendations.
  • Simplify the landscape with repeatable and reusable solutions.
  • Ensuring platform and all design adopt and follow consistent design processes. With security and privacy controls at the forefront of all decisions
  • Lead security and privacy control and bring to the forefront of all decisions
  • Solution design considering all aspects of solutions Application, technology, data, integration, infrastructure, and security.
  • Drive the design discussion and review/approve the high-level solution design documents with team
  • Drive the discussion on non-functional requirements and solutions
  • Provide the multiple solution options and lead solution recommendation to complex business requirements
  • Drive the decision making on solution options with multiple stakeholder (including Senior Leadership)
  • Application Design and Development
  • *Qualifications:**
  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience working in IT
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with managing requirements for IT Solutions
  • Knowledge of areas such as software development lifecycle, IT strategy, IT process excellence, six sigma, IT portfolio management, ERP packages.
  • Experience in NetSuite and SFCC preferred.
  • Is familiar with aspects of Application Support & Maintenance and Service Delivery.
  • Possesses up to date knowledge of significant areas of operational and/or development environments.
  • Shows a thorough understanding of applicable project management and/or operational management standards and procedures including technical, quality, safety and financial matters across all areas of service delivery.
  • Displays self-motivation to drive the various topic of solution
  • Can spot design related risk and highlight in advance to business
  • Demonstrates the ability to make, and take responsibility for, sound and far-reaching decisions on major complex requirements.
  • Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly communicate results and implications
  • Enjoys working in a collaborative team environment
