IT Strategic Task Manager – operational execution.
Main responsibilities:
Topic assessment: conduct deep analysis together with topic owners across multiple domains in order to develop a full understanding of as-is situation.
Focus on short term benefits but also on long term stability seeking standard and solid solutions – propose to-be solution. Oversee, coordinate and manage (when requested) agreed and chosen solution activities with relevant experts, resource owners and managers. Expert support: provide guideline and support on impacted areas’ expert community and create the necessary environment for the proper conditions to successfully achieve goals. Cooperate with affected units: be one of the focal points and establish good relationship with stakeholders, keep in touch with and be a trusted partner of relevant managers and contact persons, harmonize and provide information for stakeholders. Manage people: motivate and support people assigned to the topic, provide regular feedbacks and development suggestions, align with legal line responsible -full transparency required. Deliverables: fact and data based analysis of as-is situation, all possible solutions listing, proposed options detailed description, simulations on future scenarios, one proposal. In case coordination is required (see point 3), the list of deliverables is to be determined according to agreed success criteria. Administrative tasks: organize and conduct meetings, write memos, create decision making support materials.
Requirements:
University degree
5+ years relevant experience Strong skills with MS Office tools Strong project management and coordination skills, precision Critical approach to current situation, ability to understand and propose solutions to complex questions Good analytical skills with openness to understand details and being able to summarize results and consequences – ability to simulate results of different scenarios Team player attitude with good communication skills to influence, motivate, and manage diverse groups Strong and effective written, verbal and presentation skills, ability to synthetize multiple information and sources Ability to prioritize work, taking into account a complex matrix of inputs Self-motivated, and confident personality Advanced English skills
