What does an IT Support Engineer – 3rd Level do at DCON?
- Support our customers in the ongoing operation of Servity
- Support our IT service desk as a contact person for our customers
- Accept and qualify requests and fault reports in our ticket system
- Analyze our customers’ problems together with our development department and your team and find the right solutions
- ensure functioning processes and thus also customer satisfaction
- monitor our server monitoring systems and coordinate the ticket process
What you bring with you…
- Completed technical training, e.g. as an IT specialist or a comparable qualification
- initial practical experience in the IT helpdesk, IT service desk or 3rd level support
- Strong communication skills and service orientation
- Willingness for continuous further development
- Team spirit
- Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
