They are looking for First Line / IT Support Specialists with German and Slovak/Czech knowledge!

Work is performed in various shifts.
Feladatok
- Handling IT error reports, inquiries, and change requests.
- Providing customer support over the phone and in writing.
- Managing, checking, and directing error tickets.
- Maintaining communication with clients and colleagues providing second-level support, monitoring service tickets.
- Regular updating and maintenance of knowledge base systems.
Elvárások
- Proficiency in the German language.
- Proficiency in Slovak or Czech languages.
- Service-oriented mindset, accuracy, and commitment.
- At least 4-6 months of experience in IT support / handling IT issues.
Nice to have:
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Relevant IT vocational training (IT apprentice, vocational school, or technical college education in the field of network technology, etc.).
- Knowledge of English and Hungarian languages is advantageous!
