- Answering, processing and documenting customer enquiries by telephone
- Error analysis and description of the error
- Problem solving in direct customer contact or forwarding the error report to internal departments
- Independent processing of simple, technical inquiries
- Working in a shift system
Your profile
- Ideally technical vocational training or career changer with a high affinity for IT
- High empathy for customer concerns
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- SQL and network knowledge is desirable, but not mandatory
