- Service catalog management and service level management
- SAP-specific tasks and administrator for real estate software
Your profile:
- Completed university degree (Bachelor, Diplom (FH)) in computer science/business informatics
- First professional experience in the area of responsibility
- Professional experience and basic expertise in the field of real estate management an advantage
- Good knowledge of IT service management (framework conditions)
- Knowledge of the applications and information systems offered and operated by BG BAU, BG-Phoenics GmbH and third-party service providers in the specialist area desirable
- Desirable Knowledge of the IT strategy and the environment of the application landscape of BG BAU and BG-Phoenics GmbH or the main third-party providers, preferably SAP
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work conceptually as well as analytical thinking and judgment
- Networked, proactive way of working
- Strong service orientation and digital competence
- Willingness to travel for several days by arrangement
Remuneration:
- Remuneration is in accordance with pay group* 10 BG-AT.
