- You will be actively involved in our diverse IT areas, from infrastructure to application development and product integration to operations, giving you the ideal introduction to our IT department
- You will expand and deepen your IT knowledge and experience through your practical work in the various departments
- You will gain insights into other areas of responsibility at the Bundesbank during training courses lasting several weeks, which take place in the Rhine-Main region
- These will be deepened during your assignments in business areas outside IT and in our head offices (e.g. the HV Hessen)
- The trainee program starts on 1 December 2024 and is limited to twelve months
- After the trainee program, the aim is to offer permanent employment

- Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in (business) computer science or a comparable degree program with a focus on IT; the degree must be completed by the date of employment at the latest
- Good knowledge of application development, IT infrastructures and product integration as well as an interest in new technologies
- Good knowledge of the principles and application of agile working methods
- Good conceptual and analytical skills
- Strong team orientation and personal responsibility as well as openness to innovative ways of working
- Very good knowledge of German (language level at least C1)
- Good knowledge of English
