Java Backend Engineer (m/f/d)

Java Backend Engineer with focus on Microservices and Kubernetes (m/f/d) What you can expect:
- You will work in an agile, cross-functional team with current and future-oriented technologies

- You design, implement and refine the existing microservice architecture in our AWS-based Kubernetes environment
- You are part of a team that rebuilds and further develops parts of our publishing platform in a new project

What you bring with you:
- You have at least 2 years of experience in software development in Java and Java EE environments
- You have been working with CDI-based frameworks such as Spring, Micronaut or Quarkus for at least 5 years
- You are familiar with distributed microservice architectures
- You know how to use technologies such as Kafka, Elasticsearch, MongoDB, Micrometer, Grafana, REST APIs, GraphQL, OpenAPI, Quarkus, Kubernetes and the EFK stack
- You have experience with unit and integration testing, for example with JUnit 5, Mockito, AssertJ / Google Truth, RestAssured, Testcontainers, JaCoCo
- Conversational German and good English skills, as well as the social skills to integrate into a team
