Currently, we are on the lookout for a motivated and organized Junior Marketing Project Coordinator to join our team and assist one of our esteemed high-tech clients.Key Responsibilities:Crafting and maintaining engaging content for our client’s central partner platform.Developing concise communications tailored for the partner tool.Managing and curating the client’s SalesConnect site, ensuring all content is relevant and up-to-date.Acting as a primary point of contact for content dissemination and inquiries.Overseeing the overall project management of content delivery to stakeholders.Establishing a comprehensive “Frequently Asked Questions” Library.Monitoring and analyzing metrics related to content development, usage, and requests.Coordinating seamlessly across various teams and stakeholders to capture new requirements, timelines, and dependencies.Preferred Qualifications:2-3 years of experience in Communications/Marketing.Demonstrated creativity and a passion for acquiring new skills.Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.Proven track record of effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, adept at embracing changes and overcoming challenges.Background in graphic design or experience in creating visuals would be advantageous.Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana or Trello is desirable.Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.Experience with WalkMe – Digital Adoption Platform would be highly valued.Position Details:Work Arrangement: Fully RemoteCompensation: $25-$31 per hour (Consultant, Contract Opportunity on W2)Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k) (with matching)Eligibility: Applicants must be located in the United States and authorized to work for any employer in the country.
