You are passionate about innovation and digital transformation – so are we! Our IT teams are actively involved in business process design and Group-wide projects. We don’t let IT do it, we do it ourselves. Join us and use your expertise to become part of our team in one of the most beautiful industries in the world and be responsible for

  • the installation, configuration and maintenance of ERP systems and applications
  • Administration of authorizations and further development of the role concept
  • Active monitoring of the availability and performance of the ERP systems and the associated databases
  • Planning, control and optimization of data transfers and interfaces
  • Monitoring daily data traffic between the ERP system and the branches
  • Implementing changes in accordance with company standards (e.g. during the release process)
  • Managing and operating the development and test environments
  • Collaboration on quality-enhancing projects and the development of a knowledge database

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU

  • Completed IT training, e.g. as an IT specialist or a relevant degree
  • First professional experience in the IT sector – preferably in the ERP environment
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics AX or Navision
  • Very good handling of Microsoft Windows server and client operating systems
  • Knowledge of service, support or administration of an ERP environment is desirable
  • Process knowledge in the areas of financial accounting, logistics or trade is an advantage
  • Flexibility, commitment as well as dedicated and structured work
  • Service orientation, strong communication skills and hands-on mentality
