Job Description

As “Project Management Officer “, you will be part of our STRIVE gPMO Team – service providing PMO support to multiple IT projects.

Among daily tasks you will have to provide adminstrative and financial suport to customers, including document control, invoicing, purchase orders creation, project initiation in SAP etc. You will have a chance to practice German on a daily basis and work in a big international shared service team uniting colleagues from Germany, Hungary, Spain, Brazil and India.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in German: Minimum C1 level proficiency.
  • Proficient in MS Office: Strong skills, particularly in MS Excel.
  • Effective Multitasker: Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
  • Strong Communicator: Excellent communication skills; ready for regular customer interactions and meetings.
  • Adaptable and Eager to Learn: Flexible and open to learning new processes.

Preferred

Qualifications :

  • Documentation and Administrative Experience: Background in documentation management, secretarial tasks, and Project Management Office (PMO) responsibilities.
  • Financial Management Experience: Experience in project finance, financial control, or purchase order management.
  • Familiarity with Ticketing Tools: Experience using any ticketing tools.
  • Experience with DT Tools: Knowledge of tools like Miles+, MyPortal, ServiceNow, SPPM, and MyStore.
  • Proficient in English: Strong command of the English language.
  • Additional Technical Skills: Experience with Outlook, SAP, and SharePoint.
