Your Tasks
- You support teams in the transition from traditional management techniques to Agile methods
- You support Agile teams by facilitating specific phases such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives and coach team members
- Supporting the team for better self-organization and creative solution-finding
- Supporting the team in removing obstacles and optimizing processes
- Coaching the Scrum team with the goal of further improving performance and quality
- Promoting the development of an Agile mindset – individually, at the team level and in the organization as a whole
- You represent the team externally and coordinate with the product owner and stakeholders
- You analyze and improve the agile practices of your customers, taking into account processes, culture, and technology
- You prepare customer meetings and lead workshops
Your Profile
- You have proven professional experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, or in a similar role (in an Agile environment)
- You possess an Agile mindset with which you inspire and motivate the environment
- You are an emphatic & communicative person, with a strong team spirit as well as very good methodological skills in facilitation, change management, and team development
- You have methodological skills e. g. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe
- You have experience in using tools such as Jira, Confluence, VersionOne, Azure DevOps etc
- You are fluent in German (C1) and know English very well
