Job Description
Ihre Aufgaben werden:
- Betrieb/Operation von LAN Netzwerken unserer deutsche IT Kunden
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Deutsche Telekom Vorort technischen Team/ Field Service
- Lösung von Netzwerk Incidents/Ausfälle auf 2nd und 3rd Level
- On-call duty
- Bearbeitung von Netzwerk relevanten Changes (Cisco und Alcatel)
- Regelmäßige Software Updates rollout on Netzwerk Komponenten
- Öffnung und Bearbeitung von Vendor Tickets (Alcatel, Cisco)
- Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Kollegen in virtuellen Form , insbesondere mit deutschen Kollegen
Qualifications
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Inhouse Netzwerke LAN + WLAN, optional DataCenter
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse zu Technologien Switching und / oder Wireless, eventuell Qualifikation in CCNA
- Hohe Kundenorientirung
- Proaktiv und Flxible Persönlichkeit
- Hohe Problem Erkennung- und Lösung Skills
- Team Player
- Gute Lernen Fähigkeiten
- Cisco Network Kenntnisse
Additional Information
